I’m an LPC, Registered Play Therapist, EMDR Certified therapist, AutPlay Certified provider, a TBRI Practitioner and Program Supervisor.with over a decade of experience supporting children and caregivers impacted by trauma.
My background includes work in inpatient hospital settings and child welfare, where I developed a deep understanding of how trauma, attachment, and the nervous system shape behavior.
I specialize in trauma, with a particular focus on Reactive Attachment Disorder and complex developmental trauma.
My work is grounded in compassion and connection. I’m passionate about supporting children from hard places and the caregivers who love them, helping families respond proactively and gently so healing can happen for everyone.
What I've learned and observed is that there's a tremendous lack of resources for caregivers raising kiddos from hard places, especially kiddos with RAD. Therefore, RADiant Odyssey was born.
I promise to provide a learning experience that brings understanding to behaviors, trauma, and attachment through a compassionate, trauma-informed lens. The more you know, the more proactive you can be and the more peaceful the home can be. While refunds are not available, my goal is that every participant walks away with increased clarity, confidence, and understanding—no matter where you’re starting from.
Not at all. Everything is explained in accessible, parent-friendly language. You’ll learn the “why” behind behavior without needing clinical knowledge or experience.
There is no expiration date. You’ll have ongoing access, so you can move at your own pace and return to the material whenever you need a refresher or extra support.
No. This course is educational and supportive, but it is not a substitute for therapy. Many caregivers find it works beautifully alongside therapy by helping them understand and reinforce what’s happening in the therapeutic process.
Yes. This course is especially supportive for caregivers of children with trauma histories, especially Reactive Attachment Disorder. It helps you understand behaviors through an attachment and nervous system lens, so you can respond proactively and compassionately.
Caregiver consultations will occur 1-2 times per week, dependent upon the need. Consultations will always be in the evening or on weekends because I know you're busy during the day. There will not be more than 15 people per consultation. Smaller groups are preferred so everyone can get their questions answered.
Additional consultations are only $15.99, less than the cost of an insurance copay! You can sign up for any consultation as long as there are spots available. Private consultations can be negotiated via email.
Absolutely not. This course is rooted in the belief that caregivers are doing the best they can with the information and support they have. There is no shame, blame, or judgment here—only understanding and growth. Anyone being disrespectful or judgmental will be given a warning. If the warning is not heeded then that person will be removed from the consultation group and will not receive a refund.
